These Terms govern use of the True North Aesthetic Supply Inc. website. They do not form the complete agreement for an equipment purchase. Every purchase is subject to the written quote, signed Equipment Purchase Agreement, invoice, warranty terms and other transaction documents accepted by True North and the purchaser.
By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
1. Website Information
Website content is provided for general informational and commercial purposes. It is not medical, legal, regulatory, insurance or scope-of-practice advice or an individualized treatment recommendation.
We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate. Product descriptions, specifications, images, accessories, configurations, pricing, availability, manufacturer documents and regulatory information may change. True North may correct errors and update content without notice.
2. Professional Responsibility
Purchasers and operators are responsible for confirming that their equipment, intended services, training, insurance and facility meet all requirements applying to their role and location. Listing a product does not mean every person may legally or professionally use it or provide every listed service.
Equipment must be used by appropriately trained and insured operators, for its intended purpose and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
3. Regulatory Information
Medical-device requirements depend on the classification, manufacturer, model, configuration and intended use. Applicable licensing information is confirmed for the exact product before True North accepts an order.
An establishment licence or device licence is not a Health Canada endorsement or general product approval. Nothing on this website authorizes unsupported medical, safety, performance or treatment claims.
4. Product Images and Specifications
Images are illustrative and may show optional accessories, alternate colours or items not included in the standard package. The accepted quote and Equipment Purchase Agreement identify the exact device, configuration, accessories and inclusions.
If general website content conflicts with an accepted transaction document, the accepted transaction document governs.
5. Quotes and Orders
A website inquiry or quote request is not an order. Website prices may be starting prices for a base configuration. Final pricing, taxes, inclusions and payment terms are confirmed in writing.
An equipment purchase becomes binding only when the Equipment Purchase Agreement is signed, True North accepts it in writing and the required payment has cleared.
True North may decline an order because of availability, supplier limitations, regulatory concerns, incomplete information, shipping restrictions, suspected fraud or a material pricing or description error.
6. Payment, Cancellation and Returns

Shipping inclusions and estimated lead times are stated in the quote and Equipment Purchase Agreement. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing.
The purchaser is responsible for accurate delivery information, disclosing access restrictions and preparing the site. Additional costs caused by restricted access, failed delivery, storage, redelivery or an unprepared site may be charged where provided in the agreement.
Shipments must be inspected promptly. Damage, missing items or configuration discrepancies must be documented and reported within the period stated in the Equipment Purchase Agreement.
8. Warranty and Support
The applicable warranty, exclusions and remedies are stated in the transaction documents and manufacturer warranty. True North assists with troubleshooting and coordinates with the manufacturer or service provider when required.
Unless expressly agreed in writing, warranty coverage does not include an immediate replacement, loaner device, on-site repair or reimbursement for downtime, lost appointments, revenue, profit or other business interruption.
9. Education and Clinic Readiness
Included education is confirmed in the transaction documents. Education supports familiarity with the equipment but does not grant a professional licence or designation, expand scope of practice, guarantee competency or replace manufacturer instructions or requirements imposed by an insurer or authority.
Clinic Readiness materials provide organizational support and customizable templates. They do not provide legal, medical, regulatory or insurance advice, certify compliance or guarantee an inspection outcome.
10. Claire
Claire is an AI support agent and may produce incomplete or inaccurate information. Claire does not provide medical, legal, regulatory or individualized treatment advice. Product, pricing, licensing, warranty and purchase information must be confirmed directly with True North and in the transaction documents.
11. Privacy and Electronic Communications
Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Service communications may be sent in response to an inquiry or concerning an active quote, order, delivery, education or warranty matter. Promotional messages are sent only where True North has the consent or other legal authority required.
12. Intellectual Property and Acceptable Use
The True North name, logo and original website content, photographs, graphics, forms, templates and educational resources are owned by or licensed to True North. They may not be copied, sold or commercially used without written permission.
You must not use the website unlawfully, submit false information, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access or introduce harmful code.

Third-party websites and services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. True North is not responsible for their independent content, availability or security. A link does not constitute a guarantee or endorsement.
14. Website Disclaimer and Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the website and its general content are provided “as is” and “as available.” True North does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content, a particular business or treatment result, or suitability for every person or jurisdiction.
To the extent permitted by law, True North is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising solely from use of the website or reliance on its general content, including lost revenue, profit, appointments, opportunity, data or goodwill.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Saskatchewan law and applicable federal Canadian law. Subject to rights and jurisdictional requirements that cannot be waived, disputes concerning website use will be brought before the courts of Saskatchewan.
16. Changes
True North may update these Terms prospectively. Changes to these website Terms do not retroactively alter an accepted Equipment Purchase Agreement unless agreed in writing or required by law.
