True North was founded by Jillian Bjornson, a Saskatchewan-based entrepreneur with more than 19 years of experience owning and operating professional service businesses.
Her background includes hairstyling, laser services, tattooing, aesthetic-device sales and distribution, professional education, regulatory documentation and clinic operations. Over the course of operating two studio locations, Jillian has successfully completed three separate public health inspections, including approval of her current space for multiple regulated services.
This hands-on experience shaped True North’s practical approach to equipment sourcing, clinic readiness and ongoing support. The goal is to help clinic owners make informed decisions, understand their responsibilities and build businesses that are organized, professional and prepared.
